i note that you joined this forum only a day ago. Therefore, you cannot know the

members or what the issues are. Ishmael is persona non grata on this forum, for

reasons already mentioned. In relation to that, Shri Mataji has taught that

'sex' has nothing to do whatsoever with 'spiritual ascent':

 

" It is very important to note that the first centre Mooladhara, meaning the

support of the root, lies below the Kundalini. This chakra acts on the pelvic

plexus which has the function of excretion. One of the functions is sex. As this

chakra is below the Kundalini, it does not play any part in the ascent. On the

contrary, this chakra stops all its activity at the time when the Kundalini

rises to give the union (yoga) with the Divine power and we become innocent like

children. " (Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi - Chapter 11, 'The Subtle System', book,

'Meta Modern Era' - 29/09/95)

 

Unfortunately, Ishmael has recruited 'unsuspecting members' of this forum.

Semira, not knowing 'for sure' about some things, had gotten a bit involved with

him. This had put her in 'spiritually dangerous water' as Ishmael falsely

believes and professes himself to be the 'Kalki' incarnation. In Christian

terms, that means he believes himself to be the second coming of Christ! That's

why we have to sometimes warn new members, because sometimes a previous member

like Ishmael, might take a new I.D. and make out he is someone else. It happens

on this forum, sometime. That said, i would like to address what you say:

[i must say that you have picked up quite quickly that there are current as well

as former Sahaja Yogis on this forum!]

[That's true, Jim! The fact that the organisation has not given Her Message of

the Last Judgment and Resurrection, and have edited it out, is a sad, current

state of affairs, of our beloved Mother's work!]

[That's an unusual way to say it! We usually talk about being " One with the

Divine " . Personally, i would rather describe a spiritual relationship in

spiritual terminology, so as not to blur the lines between the 'spiritual' and

the 'physical'.]

 

Jim: " As our Mother's children, should we not be following Her clear advice to

love one another "

 

[Definitely!]

 

Jim: " and to only say sweet things about our family? "

 

[sometimes 'sweet words', in and of themselves are not the appropriate words to

use in a given situation. For example, if a mother is disciplining her children,

she will not say: " Come on my sweets, even though you are being naughty, i will

now smile at you! "

 

Take Shri Mataji for example, too. She did not just say " overtly sweet words " .

Sometimes She really told people off, and sometimes people got offended, too.

But the intention was sweet and loving! That's the point. If you are warning

people of spiritual danger, and your intent is because you have their best

interests at heart, they will realise that sooner or later!]

[in case you are referring to Jagbir as a 'youth', , i can assure you that he

has passed the age of 30 years! If you are by any chance, referring to Jagbir as

'impatient', i can inform you that there is no SY in Sahaja Yoga that has

exercised more patience against all obstacles, than Jagbir. In case you're

referring to Jagbir as 'aggressive', then you have wrongly understood 'strong

words' to get an important message across, as 'aggression'.]

 

Jim: ...but if we truly believe that SHe is Adi Shakti, then She controls it

all.

 

[You know Jim, i find it quite disappointing when SY's say things, but aren't

articulate with it. For example, your statement of: " if we truly believe that

She is Adi Shakti, then She controls it all " ---- well, if you take what you are

saying and apply it to yourself, that means you believe that if you, Jim,

" believe that Shri Mataji is the Adi Shakti " then you, Jim, also believe " that

then She controls everything " . Well, that's just not right! The Holy Spirit does

not need you to believe in Her, before can control anything! Besides, the Holy

Spirit has no need to control anything anyway, as She already " is " the power.

That which already has the power, has no need for control! But if you are even

suggesting that She controls people's wills, then you really have got the whole

thing turned around! The Holy Spirit, in fact respects people's wills. She

doesn't control them. For someone who claims that they have been " in Her loving

embrace for over 30 years " , you don't even seem to have the simplest facts,

regarding the Holy Spirit, right!]

 

Jim: " and we get in Her way when we start an internal war. "

 

[if you are referring to Jagbir's strong words to get an important message

across, that was just Jagbir using strong words to get an important message

across! That doesn't mean there's an 'internal war going on'. Where? The only

sign of an internal war going on, may be in your imagination. Besides, as a new

person on this forum, i don't think you can rightly judge what is going on,

anyway!]

[As a new person on this forum, you would not know that by saying: " Please

reconsider your actions. Thank you. " that you are actually saying that Jagbir

should not have warned Semira about Ishmael. If you don't even know Ishmael, you

are not in a position to judge that!]

 

Or are you Ishmael?!
