Dear All,

Appended is the synopsis of a profound talk of Shri Mataji where She reveals a

lot regarding only one of the powers of the Primordial Mother - the power of the

Adi Kundalini, and how the Adi Kundalini has all the powers of redemption! Shri

Mataji gives some very interesting information in connection with Herself

regarding the spiritual (and physical) qualities She had to have - such as the

fact that She had to have a very strong spine to support the Adi Kundalini! The

Adi Kundalini had not arisen before; it was unprecedented:

" As soon as the Sahasrara was opened, the whole atmosphere was filled with

tremendous chaitanya [vibrations] and there was tremendous light in the sky,

with the whole thing coming on earth with the tremendous force of a torrential

rain or waterfall, that I became stupefied and unaware! The happening was so

tremendous and unexpected, that I was stunned and became totally silent at the

grandeur of it!!! I saw the primordial Kundalini rising like a big, silent,

furnace that had a burning appearance, as when you heat up metal and it has many

colors. In the same way, the Kundalini showed up as a tunnel-like furnace, such

as you can see in the plants where they burn coal to make electricity. And the

Kundalini stretched out like a telescope and out came the deities, one after

another: shoot! shoot! shoot! Just like that! And the deities came and sat on

their golden seats, and lifted the whole of the head into the shape of a dome

and opened it. And then this torrential rain completely drenched Me! I started

seeing all that and got lost in the joy. It was like an artist seeing his own

creation, and I felt the joy of great fulfillment. After coming out of this

beautiful experience, I looked around and saw that human beings were so

[spiritually] blind, and I became absolutely silent and desired that I should

get their cups filled with nectar, rather than the stones that were there. "

According to Shri Mataji, Sahaja Yogis have been blessed from the first day

without having done any tapas. She warns us not to get lost in the blessings,

but that we have to go further. We have to be ideal people who fully understand

the work, are fully determined, are prepared; in full readiness, and desire with

a full sincerity to transform this world.

Adi Kundalini is the Primordial Kundalini. She is one of the powers of the

Primordial Mother and is reflected in human beings as Kundalini. A great deal of

work went into this Incarnation. Major work had to be done to create a very

strong spinal column so that it could support the Adi Kundalini, which is

responsible for all this great work of transformation. The Adi Kundalini had all

the powers of redemption, but She also had to know how to help human beings,

what their problems are, how to bring them to an understanding of Sahaja Yoga

[union with the Divine] and the need for their ascent. Many sources of energy

and knowledge had to be used because the world in which the Primordial Kundalini

has to work out is very complicated. We have all kinds of conditionings and

inhibitions, very different from the people who came to the Himalayas, who were

very surrendered. She had to understand all aspects of human beings, so as to

communicate with the Adi Kundalini. She also needed to come as Shri Maha Maya so

that we would not be frightened or feel distant from Her.

She is divided into two parts: one is the Kundalini, another is the Sahasrara.

The Sahasrara has to supply all the material, all the information to the

Kundalini and the Kundalini has to work it out. The Deities, which are built in

the Sahasrara and throughout the body, communicate whatever needs to be

communicated. The Primordial Kundalini acts for the collective as well as for

the individual, simultaneously. The attention, which is the power of the brain,

the power of Sahasrara, also has to be very deep and alert.

All this work had to be done to create this Incarnation of Adi Kundalini and

Sahasrara. Every nation and every individual had different conditionings. It is

very difficult work and for this She needed to have an inexhaustible ocean of

patience. To set the stage for Sahaja Yoga was very complicated, because the

work is so dynamic, so subtle and at the same time so loving and affectionate.

All the intelligence of the Divine was used to manufacture this Incarnation. It

was difficult coming in a human body and learning how to give en masse

realization. That had to be done with the Sahasrara. It has been achieved. All

the great plans of the Divine are really tremendous. Shri Mataji Herself is

surprised and amazed that so many people have come to Sahaja Yoga. To truly

understand the Kundalini reflected within us, we must look at how the Primordial

Kundalini acts and how it works. If we think of Shri Mataji's Kundalini, we

immediately become silent. If we just think of any one of Shri Mataji's chakras,

then our chakras are all right. But we have to have that depth, we have to have

that much protocol, we have to have that much right. Still, some Sahaja Yogis

don't have the courage to change themselves and they stick onto many things.

Unless and until we have full courage we cannot establish Sahaja Yoga in a quick

way. Our own Kundalini has gone through a great deal and she has been hurt and

weakened. So we have to surrender to the Primordial Kundalini and then our

Kundalini is immediately strengthened. Our first desire should be that we are

dissolved into reality. When we dissolve into reality then we need not be

concerned about detachment or anything about our virtues. They automatically

come because we have become the divine. Once we become the divine our Kundalini

becomes absolutely, beautifully, completely reflecting the Primordial Kundalini.

None of us have done any tapas and yet we are blessed from the very first day.

We must remember that it is a temptation and She warned us not to get lost in

the blessings. We have to go further and further. Realization was given to us

without cleansing us, telling us anything, or asking for anything. Now, after

realization, we are bound by our Kundalini and we should know how to use Her and

face our problems. We should also know the techniques fully. We have to be ideal

people if we want to transform the world; we have to fully understand the

tremendous work with which we are involved and be fully determined. If we

prepare ourselves and are in full readiness, desiring with full sincerity, one

day we will be Maha Yogis.
