Guest guest
Dear All, Here is the first of the final two chapters in the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ. The last two chapters focus on the establishment of the Christine Church. There are no priests and scribes and pharisees in this Christine Church because in the final chapter (182) it describes the Christine Church as " but the kingdom of the Holy One within the soul, made manifest " . The word " Christ " refers to the Christ Consciousness within. The Christine Church was nothing but " the Christ Consciousness within " , made manifest. The momentous Divine Drama of the resurrection of Jesus, really helped to establish the Christine Church. If one thinks of it, even in Christianity today, the resurrection of Jesus is the basic grounding of Christian Church. Without it, you don't have a proper religion. So it all really started from the " Christine Church " except that in the Christine Church, it was " but the kingdom of the Holy One within the soul, made manifest " . Unfortunately in all churches today of whatever religion or affiliation, even in the Sahaja Yoga Subtle System Religion, the outer kingdom of priests, scribes, and pharisees seems to overwhelmingly dominate the inner " kingdom of the Holy One within the soul, made manifest " . Two thousand years ago, Jesus had the predominant role to play on the stage of humanity, by first dying and then resurrecting and showing the resurrection of the body itself, from the dead. He was the firstfruit of humanity to do so. He was the first to fight the foe of death and overcome death. He paved the way for us. If he had not resurrected, neither could we! Someone always has to pave the way. He now sits at the " Narrow Gate " of Christianity, which is the Agnya Chakra within human beings. He allows us to pass through that Narrow Gate, so-called, because it is a narrow pass between the institution of ego and the institution of the superego, whereby we can ascend to the kingdom of God [sahasrara Chakra] that is within us. The kingdom of God has always been within, as Jesus also taught: " Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water [physical birth] and the spirit [spiritual birth], he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' The wind blows where it wishes and you do not know where it comes from and where it it going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit. " (John 3:5-8) It is quite clear from the above passage, that one has to be in the physical body to have his spiritual birth. This is what Shri Mataji also taught. She said that while we are in our physical bodies, in our consciousness we can experience 'heaven on earth'. We know that while in their physical bodies, people can experience 'hell on earth'. So why is it so hard to understand that we can also experience 'heaven on earth'. It's two sides of a coin and easy to understand, but the realization has to be there - the Self realization, which is what one's " birth of the Spirit " is. One realizes that they are the Spirit and not this body, mind, emotions or outward circumstances. Everything originates from the Source; from Spirit. Only by overcoming the tendencies of the ego and superego can we ascend to the kingdom of God. Shri Mataji, the Christian Comforter that Jesus said he would send to remind us of his resurrection and all the other things we should know, has spent the last 30 years or so to do just what Jesus said the Comforter would do. It will take a lifetime or more to share what Shri Mataji has taught to Sahaja Yogis, but it will be the beginning of the Age of Truth, because the Comforter has given us the Eternal Truth, not to make a kingdom for ourselves in any organisation but to make a kingdom of God in our hearts and souls, and to help others to attain that kingdom of God within their own temples. Shri Mataji told us that we can be in heaven on earth within our consciousness; the same as people can be in hell on earth within their consciousness. When physical death comes, the consciousness remains. That is why it is important to have one's Self realisation and attain the eternal consciousness while still in the physical body. It also gives a joy, peace and love while in the physical body that is eternal and not dependent on outward circumstances. Here then is Chapter 181, which ends by naming all the apostles of the Lord. Btw. i notice 'apostle' Paul is not among them. Who actually 'named Paul' an apostle? That, we have never been told. Shri Mataji said Paul did not want to write about the resurrection. How can someone who did not want to write about the resurrection be an apostle of Christ, which is to be an apostle of the Christ Consciousness also? That is why Shri Mataji has also told us that Paul was an imposter. In any case, he was not even there at the time of Jesus Christ's sojourn on earth. regards to all, violet SECTION XXII TAU Establishment of the Christine Church Chapter 181 {The eleven apostles make choice of Matthias to fill the place made vacant by the deflection of Judas. The Christines are glad. Miriam sings a song of praise. Apostolic roster.) 1. The fact that Jesus had arisen from the dead was not denied by many of the rulers of the Jews. 2. And Pilate gave an order that the followers of the Nazarene be not molested in their worship any place in his domain. 3. The day of Pentecost was near at hand and every one was looking for a manifest of Spirit power. 4. Now, in Jerusalem the eleven had met to choose a man to fill the place of Judas who betrayed his Lord. 5. And Peter said, the Lord called to this ministry twelve men as twelve foundation stones on which the Christine temple should be built. 6. This Judas who betrayed his Lord, has gone to his own place beyond the veil. 7. Of him the prophet wrote: His habitation shall be desolate; no man shall dwell therein; his office let another take. 8. From those who have accompanied us from Gilgal, where the harbinger [John the Baptist] baptised, until this day, shall one be chosen to complete the number twelve, to fill the place from which our brother by transgression fell. 9. And then the eleven spent a long, long time in prayer, and when they cast their lots, Matthias, from the valley of the Nile, was chosen for the place. 10. Matthias was an Israelite indeed; but he was learned in all the wisdom of Egyptian schools, and he had taught the mysteries of Mizraim in Jericho. 11. He was among the first to greet the harbinger; among the first to recognise the Nazarene as Christ, the son of God, 12. He had been with the Christine band in all their journeys in the land of Galilee, Judea and Samaria. 13. A messenger was sent who found Matthias, and he came and joined the eleven, and for a time the twelve were lost in silent prayer. 14. The Christines who had come from Galilee and places in Judea, about six score [120 people], were there, and Peter told them of Matthias, and how, by lot, he had been chosen an apostle of the Lord. 15. The Christines all were glad and praised the name of God; and Miriam sung a song of praise. 16. These are the names of the apostles of the Lord; Peter, John, and James; Philip, Andrew and Nathaniel; 17. Thomas, James the son of Alpheus and Simon Zelotes; Matthew, Jude, the son of Alpheus and Matthias.
