Dear All,

We concluded Part 6 with:

" They have worked it all out and that's why, today, Sahaja Yoga is so

beautifully created, so beautifully spreading. We have to thank them very much

that it is working out. Of course, you can see that all of their incarnations

have helped. Then we should also be [helping] the right heart, left heart, and

all this [where] all these angels as they are called in the Bible, helped us to

cross over. All these incarnations are responsible for our evolutionary process,

creating the ladders for us to ascend. So ultimately, you reach the state of

" tapa " at the sixth centre [agnya]:

And then, in the state of truth, " sate " , the truth comes to you. [it's] 'true

sahaja yoga in the brain' - in the limbic area, where the Kundalini enters. She

puts light there. She creates and enlightens the personality and then joins it

with this all pervading power of divine love and you are completely changed and

transformed. So their contribution to the ascent of human beings has been great.

And that of Christ, has been the greatest. "

Christ, Conditioning, and the Ego - Part 7

When we say: " We have to follow Christ " we should try to see how much detachment

we have. They say his [Christ's] brothers and sisters or somebody, came to see

him. They say he had brothers. So he said: " Who are my brothers? These are my

brothers! These are my relations! " Ganeshwara said the same thing, that: " They

will become your relations. They will be your brothers and sisters. " .... Not

the unenlightened; they're not your relations because they don't understand.

They don't have the entry into the kingdom of God so they are not your

relations.

In his lifetime Ganeshwara led the life of a person who was very simple. He

didn't bother about clothes or anything. All the conditioning of the worldly

things were not for him, but he was not a shameless type of a person who likes a

kind of a nudity, or this and that. Even about Mohammed there is a big

misconception. Ganeshwara was once praying in a garden where there were lots of

munga bushes, and in the bushes he had one cloth he was putting on, which he cut

in half and was covering himself. Shri Krishna went to test him and said: " I

have nothing. I am just nude. Why don't you give me your cloth, because after

all you are a king? " So Ganeshwara took off his cloth and gave it to Shri

Krishna - and got some leaves to cover himself. He was in his own garden and

went into his own palace. Now, if you should see the Jains, they make everything

so horrible and insulting all the time. Most of the people who followed all

these great incarnations really insulted them all the time; they didn't follow,

they insulted and by their behaviour, you see, we form such a bad opinion of all

this.

I met one gentleman in Chicago. It was very cold. He was the head of the Hare

Rama Hare Krishna. He was wearing a dhoti which was very thin and he was shaking

before me. I said: " What's the matter? " He said: " I'm feeling very cold, and I

said: " Why are you wearing this dhoti? " He said: " My guru has told me: " If you

wear a dhoti, you will go to heaven " . I said: " Really! In India 80% of the

people wear nothing but dhotis. Are they all going to heaven and many must have

gone already? So where will you be? " He didn't like it! And I said: " Why have

you shaved your head and put this big stay coloured chain here? " So he says: " It

is because my guru told me that I must shave my head and have this kind of

thing, so I think perhaps he will be tied to some rope and pulled into heaven or

something. " I said: " Govinda http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Govinda was one of

them who tried to slash out all your conditionings. If he said that by shaving

your head you're going to heaven, what about the man who shaves twice a year?!

He will be there a year before you! " It's a fact; it's such stupid things! And

there are Jains who will remain completely nude and will pull their hair. Now,

by law they're allowed to go nude on the street, you know, insulting everyone.

All such stupid things are happening in the name of religion.

Thanks to Buddha, Mahavira and Christ, they are the ones that are trying to pull

us away from this [kind of] rationality, because you have to cross that. All

your limitations are because of [this kind of] thinking and conditioning. We

have to go beyond that, because by this rational [kind of] thinking, what do we

do? We move into a denial and then there is no truth in it [anymore]! So the

whole thing boomerangs and then you are finished. We have to go beyond this

'mind'. We must understand this 'mind'. Christ has done this [i.e. opened the

Narrow Gate] http://www.adishakti.org/subtle_system/agnya_chakra.htm so that we

can go beyond our mind. If you don't know how to go beyond this mind, just sit

down for a meditation, just work it out.
