Guest guest
Dear All, It is good to see a change of leadership. In Australia we had a change from the Howard years, to Kevin Rudd. It brought optimism. Kevin Rudd seems to have that 'spark' that Howard never did have. Barack Obama also seems to have that 'spark' that Bush (in spite of all his efforts) never seemed to pull off convincingly. i feel that both new leaders are more spiritually-minded than their predecessors. With the devastating consequences of the wars, greed and market crashes - lets hope that the new leaders will tread more carefully, to a more spiritual vision than such a doomed materialistic vision as we have seen. There are enough resources for everyone, if they are shared and looked after. But there are not enough resources, if people continue to be greedy and want all the resources for only themselves. i think that is the main point. Nations and leaders all need to evolve to a New Spiritual Vision: " Without a Vision the people perish. " In spite of all evidence to the contrary, we are moving forward to a New Spiritual Vision. It is the people that are making it happen, even if it is " slowly but surely " . Yes, i have optimism. Each of us have to make a difference though. We cannot just depend on our leaders. It is up to us, also. regards to all, violet
