Guest guest
Dear all, How does one print the exel file for the chart in such a way that it can be folded all into one pamphlet? When I open it in excel it seems to have four separate pages and when I print it, it prints everything separately. Any help would be great. Following Violet's explanation please check out my added info too, should it still be needed. I have the feeling your confusion is perhaps arising out of the use of the word " pamphlet " . " Making a Master copy " is also available below. Hope this is of help to you, Krishna. Warm regards, Gerlinde Re: Religions_Chart_and_ID_Resurrection_Pamphlet Dear Gerlinde and All, Your Post #10778 has cleared up my confusion as i had wrongly understood the Religions_Chart_and_ID_Resurrection_Pamphlet to be one document, with the Religions Chart being the 'chart part' and the writing underneath the Religions Chart being the 'pamphlet part'. i have now printed out the ID Resurrection Pamphlet (with the space for Shri Mataji's photo in it) and it look nicely complete and ready for use. Thanks a lot, Gerlinde! And for all your instructions in Post #10778 on how to get Shri Mataji's photo on it! Is everybody happy with that then? violet Additional info: In the excel file below there are basically two items: 1) The Religions chart itself in the upper half of the page followed by added references in the lower half of the page. This will simply form an 8 " x11 " page to be printed out. It wasn't meant to be folded into a pamphlet format. 2)The second excel item is called the Identity/Resurrection " pamphlet " as opposed to " chart " to differentiate the two. This " pamphlet " contains 4 quotes of Shri Mataji pertaining to Her Identity as the Holy Ghost and quotes on 'Resurrection' as well as room for a chosen picture of Shri Mataji to be inserted into the empty space. The tabs on this ID/Resurrection " pamphlet " are divided into 1, 2, and 4. #1 tab means that this printout will contain 1 large 8 " x11 " ID/Resurrection pamphlet with space, therefore, for only I picture of Shri Mataji. Likewise #2 tab of the ID/Resurrection " pamphlet " will contain 2 pamphlets (2 pictures of Shri Mataji) per 8 " x11 " page #4 tab contains 4 pamphlets with 4 available spaces for Her photo on the 8 " x11 " page. Thus you can choose for yourself if you want 4 " pamphlets " , 2 " pamphlets " or simply 1 large ID/Resurrection 8 " x11 " page/pamphlet. Perhaps the word 'pamphlet' is providing some confusion here. Nothing is to be folded into pamphlets or " booklets " but rather they are different sizes of individual information sheets, as you've already noticed. Appended below are some directions as to how to scotch-tape your chosen Shri Mataji photo(s) on your desired print-out from the excel file, so that the resultant finished master copy can be photocopied at a Staples etc. store at a reasonably cost-effective price. If desired, one can also cut the copies oneself at such a store by following the lines already shown in the excel file. Making a Master copy: Religions chart and Identity/Resurrection pamphlet can be downloaded at: http://adishakti.org/Religions_Chart_and_ID_Resurrection_Pamphlet.xls An aside here: HOW to make a MASTER COPY of the ID/Resurrection Pamphlet: When the 'Divine Feminine Adi Shakti Kingdom of God' document is printed off from the above URL, the space(s) for Shri Mataji's picture will be blank. HOWEVER, this is easily solved, if you wish, by simply cutting out 1,2, or 4 chosen photos of Shri Mataji, placing the photo(s) onto the space(s) given for Her photo, then using invisible scotch tape to paste the photo(s) onto the master copy with all scotch tape ends connected (no paper spaces left). This master copy can then be mass-photocopied by you, and also cut to size, by you, at the photocopying place for a quite affordable total cost for numerous copies.
