I'm kind of stunned. I live in a farm house in central Ill. I dropped

out of the Catholic Church when I was 13 and hunted around some for

some sort of spiritual life. I tried TM for a bit, read a lot Jung,

Campbell etc. but never really found a group to hook up with. About

40 years latter I found myself to be a single father of a young son.

I felt I should give him some spiritual exposure. I felt that the

local churches were inadequate, so I took on the job myself. The

country is a great place to contemplate and all the concepts that I

had experienced started to fall into place. For the Golden Rule I

used Bill and Teds " Be excellent to each other " and went on from

there for years.

Now the thing that stunned me is when I went on your site, every

thing I read is so similar to the things I discussed with my son. I

explained the intolerance between religions by using the same blind

men parable. The time concept as a dimension that is eternal. The

unknowable God and it goes on.

I've bookmarked your site and will return often. I still have some

gaps to fill in. I'm feeling kind of weird sending this but it's so

strange to find something like this. I was bored today and went on

line to amuse myself reading some 12/21/2012 silliness and found

something that moved me instead.
