Guest guest
Dear All, Jesus spoke beyond the parable to his closest disciples regarding the-then-secret knowledge or gnosis. But he warned his disciples not to divulge the same to the children of that age as they would just denounce this message! Jesus said, though, that when the age of knowledge or gnosis would come, the disciples would be praised for their knowledge: " Now listen to the things I am telling you in secret and keep them. Do not tell them to the children of this age. For they will denounce you during these ages, since they are ignorant of you, but they will praise you when there is knowledge. " [18] Shri Jesus Christ, Excerpt 'The Revelation of Peter' (72,4-73,23) Shri Mataji has taken up where Jesus left off, as the age of knowledge or gnosis is now here. She has explained all the knowledge that Jesus taught in secret to his disciples. It is the knowledge of our roots. An important facet of this knowledge is that in our own experience, we must come to know that we are not really this body, mind, or emotions, which are all temporary and transient - but what we are is the Spirit, which is the only eternal facet of ourselves. That is our Self! Our Spirit within is the only Constant, the only Reality! regards to all, violet The Revelation of Peter - Part 2 (The Priests and the People Threaten Jesus and Peter - 72,4-73,23) (p.492) When he said this, I saw the priests and the people running toward us with stones as if they would kill us, and I was afraid we would die. He said to me, " Peter, I have told you many times that they are blind and have no leader.[15] If you want to know their blindness, put your hands on the eyes of your garment[16] and tell me what you see. " When I did this, I saw nothing, and I said, " No one sees in this way. " Then he told me, " Do it again. " Fear and joy arose in me, for I saw a new light brighter than the light of day,[17] and it came down on the Savior. I told him what I saw. He said to me again, " Put your hands to your ears and listen to what the priests and the people are saying. " I listened to the priests as they were sitting with the scholars, and the multitude was shouting with a loud voice. When he heard what I said about this, he said to me, " Use your ears and listen to what they are saying. " I listened again. " They are praising you as you are sitting here. " When I said this, the Savior replied, " I have told you that these people are blind and deaf. Now listen to the things I am telling you in secret and keep them. Do not tell them to the children of this age. For they will denounce you during these ages, since they are ignorant of you, but they will praise you when there is knowledge.[18] The Nag Hammadi Scriptures (The International Edition) Edited by Marvin Meyer; Advisory Board: Wolf-Peter Funk, Paul-Hubert Poirier, James M.
