Pranam, Babitha pranaam, babithaji,i,m attaching a pdf file.just see whether this can be hepful .plus i want help regarding what's kavacham,nargalastotram,keelakam,rahasyakam, sooktam , nyaasa and varchanam. when we do any pooja vidhanam,we do the japa viniyoga,then the NYAASA...in which there is the anghustabhyam namah,tarjinibhyo namah,hridiyay namah,shirase namah etc.please explain to me what are the procedures to be followed when doing it....... Nyaasa Nyasa is the function of installation of the lord (of the mantra) in the devotee's own physical form. By this the devotee identifies himself as the lord with no traces of differentiation like the Vedic mahaavaakyaas, aham brahmaasmi.. Kavacham Here, the Lord is installed as an armour to wear for self protection. The importance of kavacham is well explained in Devi Mahatmyam. Keelakam This mantra conceives the energy which is not comprehensible by the mind. Nyaasa is the beautiful and powerful part of the mantra recitation. While doing nyasa, three fingers in a mudra are touched at different parts of the body. Better to be initiated by Guru. Rahasyam This means the mantra is secret which should not go into wrong hands. Sooktam Sooktam is Vedic hymn. There are many sooktams. Argala Stotram This is a stotram in Durgaa Saptashati ( Devi Mahatmyam ).
