Guest guest
....." Appealing for social harmony and Hindu brotherhood, the organisation warned the community against the political parties, which it said had been drawing "political benefits" out of casteism. " With the continuation of Hindu caste sytem in this modern age, social harmony and Hindu brotherhood is almost impossible. Thus, would left to become weaker and weaker communities comparing to other religions that so love to attack Hindus. Pt. Chinanand Sharma announced some time back on his radio program, that God did not create the caste system. It was man who created that evil. The question is, who, which man created this evil??. Was it the earliest Invaders of Bharata, that is thought to be the Aryans invaders??? Hindus should look back to investigate how and where this caste system came from. It is said that such was not there in earlier times of Sindhu's ancient era. (Indus Valley) Perhaps, Hindus can keep the word Chamaar to help keep people in line. However, using the ancient caste shackles (hurdles to modern day Hindus)will continue to result in suppression/suffering to your fellow brothers/sisters and therefore is outright injustice. It got to stop, millions are turning to Christianity and Islam for the same reason. Once caste system is destroyed, Hindus would enjoy a level of equality that is shared by Muslims and Christians in their religion. Over there, One can be free to be anything ONe wants to be. This is not the same in Hinduism. If anyone says differently, he/she is not facing the reality. Our religion are not meant to hold such a problem in giving mankind a chance to be anything he/she wants to be, or holds for equality for all, it is people who practiced the very man-made custom. A custom created centuries ago (too draconian and Dinosauric) that was meant to place the ones who created it, to have domain over others. Why was it done or how come Hindus are like this, if God never created a caste system? How about if Hindus mainly whorshipped the Planets in the beginning? How do Hindus put to test if the caste system is right to say that the Ones who are deemed low caste, must have had bad Karma in their previous birth and therefore came back in this life to be in that group of low class. Did God create a system for mankind basing on such Karmic law. This Karmic law, is it really God's way or law, or is it earlier man's (invaders') law??? How do we test it??? I suggest to take people deemed to be untouchables/low caste out of India, take them to a place like USA or Canada, give them the same equal conveniences, facilities and chances to go to school and learn as any well to do or, deemed high class of people. (see Afro American History, the yester year and the now for eg.) Now, give the low caste Hindus a playing field that must be level just the same as for all of the deemed Higher classes, eg., our Brahmin Brothers. Then, lets experiment this way to see if all of mankind in Hindu society have inate talents, intelligence, good qualities and abilities, and great human values just the same as any other group of people and the said deemed High caste Hindus. We can find out in this way too, if people who are pressed down in Hindu Society to stay down there as Untouchables/low caste, if it is possible that they are even better human beings than many who were/are counted as in High class sects. I have been looking out for high class mentality, thoughts, actions and deeds for several years now from immigrants who migrated from South Asia. People whom supposedly as is claimed, to be of the high class bracket due to their family names and place of origin, but doings I have been seeing in reality, is unbelievable and an insult to the usage/meaning of the phrase high class. Deeds of harsh, cold and small thinking and conduct, greed, jealousy, discrimination and grabs for material things, not to forget low stooping of one's soul and acts to suffer life just to hold that job. When it comes to the latter of the workplace and jobs every nation have that one thing in common. So much, that the Black people (Afros) are even warmer, more friendly, more regardful to values of human life, and are cooperative, helpfull and less unkind, than the said deemed high class Hindus. I therefore suggest, let us all try and go experiment on this, let us be practical and open up to present day realities before we accept or even dwell with any of this high/low caste system. Afterwards, please let me know right here on CH, if it is only me have seen this. In my life, I have lived, dwell and work among all groups of people, races and nationalities and right here is the perfect example, the reality of where to look if High class human values are there to compare among all of mankind. So, why then still to this advance age, it is mainly Hindus who have to operate this way?? A practice of structured caste sytem that places only particular people high up there, while others belonging to particular groups are kept down low below?? What is causing tens of thousands of Hindus to escape the cruelties of caste sytem and are converting to Islam and Christianity?
