“Prana Pratishtha” All Murtees of deities are carved of solid marble stone in India called MAKRANA” stone from which most Murthee have been carved to take a form and a vital shape. All our devotion is on many Murthee or as one can say Devi or Deva. The greatest need of mankind today is the power of concentration. One needs to be peaceful and at complete ease while carrying out the essential duties in life. In the midst of our busy life, the temple is a sanctuary for sincere aspirants and great minds, for discipline and practise of truly well balanced life, but to one ‘Temple’ is just an abode and we all go different ways and means of finding more answers to our Prayers. “Prana Pratishtha”- consecration is an understanding of Every Hindu by Vedic rites. It is the ceremony of imparting life to the temple and the idol. The idol no longer remains to be a mere statue or a work of art, but is the presence of Godhead truly and divinely. The temple which was a non-living lifeless building until “Pran Pratishtha”, become animate, living and full of life. The body enlivened by the grand entrance of the soul. Thus the deities

are the soul of the temple, which is the body. Both are very essential for our devotional practice. A holy place and the living-presence of the Beloved Lord in it. Thus holding such a dignity and respect, the Supreme Lord constantly resides in the holy place. It our faith that has to be built in order to derive benefit from the all-pervading Lord . Because of our unseen trueth and mind can’t perceive the real Divine form of the Lord, it is again and again reminded of the Lord’s presence through the idol. A stone idol is Omnipresent and Omnicient as we all are aware, if one

dedicates the same amount and degree of worship to a statue or photo of a living person, one will not attain the reward of the feelings, because the person worshipped is not all-pervading or all knowing, Likewise of one dedicates one’s feelings to a non-living for non living thing, one will again not receive the reward of the feeling. God on the other hand is present in every atomic particle and secondly known every individual’s every fraction of the thoughts and rewards us according to our feelings and intentions. we individuals are greatly blessed with a temple in the heart of the city and the deities of the Lord are placed on the alter, this

Bharatiya Mandir which is everyone’s sacred altar and room or shall become the abode of our beloved lord, going to the temple with our common feeling of love and service to our beloved lord should become our aim. Our purpose and main aim is gathering in a common holy place, with one common feeling of divinity and offering our entire being, in service to one common lord of all different seekers. Like a lotus leaf shall ever remain fresh and lively in the water, may in the service of the Lord, all the pure in heart be blessed with complete faith in the presence of the lord and perceive “him” in time to

come. “hari vyapak sarvatra samana Premate pragata hovi bhagvana The lord is all-pervading, thus becoming obvious that “He” differs from both materially animate and inanimate beings and objects. And the second most important difference is that God is all knowing. “Tameva bhanta manubhati sarvam, tasya bhasa sarvamidam

vibhati” “He” is omniscient, knows each and every material thought.
