Please, lets us just leave brother Pradeep's comments. Amma will take care as

this is my belief.

 

I am sorry for all this mishaps caused with inn the group.

 

True i am not a person with much religious knowledge that i can work on my own,

also true that I post many topic that I find intrested on the net haveing a

belief that i am guided to that topic for a reasson.

 

I really mean no harm to noone and like this if you feel my post is not right,

then , please, please do come forward and explain as I am willing to learn as

much as i can from my mistakes.

 

I have shared many such topic which i have learnt as i post.

 

From age of 6 i have experienced many many spiritual energy, but many i have not

discussed , when the time is right it will be , but now my priority is my

family when time is right i shall indulge more in to being with amma as these

are ammas directions and guidance to me.

Dear All,

 

There is no need to react so much for these, RELAX, its all part of God's

fabrication. I saw some one calling Pradeep names etc, Pls dont do it there is a

purpose for everything and anything.

Though Pradeep's approach might have been a bit irking trying to mock etc, its

fine leave it. Just dont react. Thats his nature the way God made him, of course

he has the capability to change having realised what is right and what is wrong,

that will come the day he realises, but why react?

 

Have you see an Aloe Vera plant? It has a very Scary look, but deep inside it

has very precious liquids. Like that Pradeep is here for a purpose what he is

saying has a purpose think like that and leave it dont feel bad.

 

Let me give you a PRACTICAL example that will make my point clear for all.

 

At work, as you all know there are multiple departments that work together and

come for result. I'm a Business Analyst and im responsible for the total

functionality of a project, meaning how it should appear etc. Now my role is

something like for example saying that the Bus will follow the Route from A > B

> C and it will stop so many times in between etc.

 

Now this is the Flow that i have confirmed and the development is in progress

and in the project we had someone from the Development team who was a bit very

insecure intrusive and would like to always irritate others and try to project

an image that Technical Team is the most strong team and not the functional

team.

 

So when the project came to testing finally, he would unnecessarily pull me into

trouble for minor minor things. Quoting the above example, he would say - Need

clarification from Ravi why the Bus is not going from B > C (Now the issue here

would have been that one of the tyres has burst) - {im quoting a real life

example and not the real project which i did for software so that its easy for

all to understand]

 

So if you see, in the above example, its not my job to go inspect why the Bus

has not moved from B > C, i only define the flow for the Bus, why its not moving

is something he has to check, but he was very street smart and would project to

everyone in such a way that he is only solving all issues etc, and always

highlight that Ravi has not given inputs etc....

 

Initially i used to get quite annoyed with this character...but then at some

point i stopped that and i started responding to all queries, even for stupid

ones. Just to prove the point that the project is NOT dependent on one person

alone. In the ptoecess i ended up looking at the project from all angles!! and i

learnt END to END about the system. Now i know better than him and can answer

anything to any audience.

 

So in reality i am today thanking this person, because of his irritation, i

learnt so much!!

 

I see the similiarity here...let pradeep ask as many questions as he wants, why

do you have to react?? He has the right of speech. And if you know answer them.

If he is right, accept it, if he is wrong explain him.

Wether he accpets or not is not your botheration. You have doen your duty thats

all.

 

So just keep the river running....dont dry up the river because Frogs and snakes

are in it! They have the right to be there as well.
