But this is still draft, and after some improvements, I will post it for review. Once it is OKeyed by all members, It will be made mandatory for all members to comply with the rules laid down, failing which they will be warned thrice and finally expelled from the group for abusing freedom. What you you think? This is normally a kind of routine on IRC Channels and Usenet. I was confident that people would not abuse freedom in a relatively small group, but it turns out that the Internet has lot of rubbish (and gems amidst that rubbish).
