Guest guest
Hi all, I am really annoyed the way Kala has stated in the mail....and i aplogize if i hurt any ones though in my reply. When u look into TAMIL (look once again Tamil under HINDUS) orgin we analyzed by the world cultural organization saying that TAMIL Belief and worship on god is based on Idol,(i.e why most peolpe were not happy thats why even if we find a stone which has some value then we place it in right area and start the worship. This our TAMIL Priciple and Culture. But some times there is wrong sense and belief which leads to some confusion on the way we worship. Reagding with photo/paper ---why we use this bcoz it makes us to streamline our thought before going to worship...thats why people go on pathyayatra all along to palani...not for just walking. And my info on Punshing (Jaya) ....first of all we (plz mind as a whole community) laid our belief and priciple on worship to accept our knowing or unknowing worng doings and take us to the right path and motcha...i am not sure whether god is giving punishment or not but I AM DAME SURE THAT HE MAKES A SITUATION(may be punishment/dictation)TO REALIZE ABOUT ONCE misdoing. What these people had done on replacing the idol - has really burned the Heart of real murugan devotees - punishing in the sense she was able to realize the mistake thru the defaet he tasted in Lokshabha election. I want to clear here i am not reflecting my own wish - but i want to reflect the Mass mood. Muruganukku arogara!!! kandhanukku arogara!!! This just adds to my confusion and sorry to say my irritation to. Do we place importance to the pictures? Why do we pictures, idols to worship? Are we really worshipping the glass, the paper, the wooden frame, the colours - the materials used to paint the picture, to frame it. Are we worshipping the elements ( i cant' think of the right term for the materials used to scuplt the statutes at the moment)? Or are we worshipping the omnipresent, all encompassing, the infinite, the light , the GOD who has no beginning or ending, no form, that is within and without. all pervading, eternal, who is the illusion, the delusion and the question and the answer, the TRUTH itself! I do apologise for what i am writing but it hurts me when i read such remarks that one will not be married if one worships HIM in certain form. Why and what is the meaning of seeing HIM in the various forms? Does this mean, I have to change the way I picture at different stages of my life for the various needs I have at the particular age? Do I change my parents, my siblings and friends because at some stage of my life they will not be able to help me out in some particular aspects, so I discard them then? I once again apologise for writing in this manner but it really hurts me much when I read such heresy(that is what i will term such remarks). A few days ago, I read someone writing that original PALANI ANDAVAR is now back at the sanctom sanctorum in Palani. The person went on to write, that the person (which I attribute is Jaya) should be punished by MURUGAN. Is that the GOD - whom all the saints have professed and wrote in their songs and poems as the all loving, all merciful GOD - who will punish? Does that mean HE is punishing each and everyone of us when we go through this life on earth? Why such things are written about HIM whom is none other than LOVE ! I am sorry my state of mind at the moment - is hurt and at the same time infuriated when i read such things. Once again , I do apologise humbly to those concerned about my remarks, you may or may not understand the context which i have written this mail. But i do have no other motives other than simply my humble and simple understanding of HIM as - HE IS LOVE AND TRUTH! Just for your information, I have always pictured and worshipped HIM as Kumaraswamy - and I am still single - is that the reason for me being single? MURUGA!
