Guest guest
MURUGA SARANAM Variyar Swamigal says MARRIAGE OF VALLI AND MURUGAN IS JEEVA SIVA AIKYAM, That is union of Jeeva and Brahman. There is no difference between MURUGAN and SIVAN. Adi Sankarar says (as I have seen it in www.kaumaram.com), the pancha upasana includes only five of the supreme deities of the SHANMATHAM (or six religions) of Hinduism. The pancha upasana includes Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, Godess Shakthi, Lord Ganesha and and Lord Surya. As Subrahmanya is one with Siva it is not included he says. SIVA SIVA SIVA SIVA SUBRAHMANYAM HARA HARA HARA HARA SUBRAHMANYAM Variyar swamigal also says, as murugan formed from siva, muruga murthy is more refined of siva morthy just like how ornament is a refiined version of gold. Thirumanthiram teachings will very well suit for murga bhakthas. MURUGA SARANAM With Best Regards Meyyappan > Thank you very much for your information on > Thirumoolar & his Thirumanthiram.
