Diring the Avani Tiruvuzha in Tiruchendur , Muruga will take the form of Nataraja in the Golden Chariot.

In the Karur Venga Medu Vennai Malai Muruga stands lonely with out Vel, Mayil, Valli and Deivanai.

The form which Muruga sitting between Sivan and Uma Devi is called Somaskandar. The largest Somaskandar is in Tiru Keteeswaram(Srilanka).

In Thiru Vengai Vasal near Pudukottai, Muruga is having Cap(Kulla) in his head.

In Perumbedu (Ponneri), we can see the Muruga with a height of 6.5 feets.

In Chettikulam(Perambalur), Muruga is in the form having Sugarcane in hands.

In Arikarai(Karnataka), Muruga is having Sangu and Sakkaram in his hands.

In Tiru Porur, there is a statue of Muruga made in Panai Maram.

Tiruporur Murugan is believed to be the form of Sasta(Aiyappan).

In Tirukurungudi in Nellai district, Muruga has three eyes.

In Chenni malai Muruga is in the form of soind Yagam and he has one face and four hands.

In Tiruporur, there is a statue of Upadesa Moorthy(Muruga doing Upadesa to Shiva) which is a rare statue.

Swamy Malai Murugan is believed to cure eye diseases.

In Kovai Senjerimalai, we can see all the six faces of Murugan. Here Muruga is having Hen(Seval) instead of Seval Kodi.
