I am very sorry, but does this mean, Skanda Purana was

written AFTER CHEKKIZAR? or at the time of Kulottunga

Chola? Did The great sage Agastya narrate the lives of

the saints based on the work of Chekkizhar? or Did

Lord Siva Himself narrate these incidents based on the

work of Chekkizhar?

 

I doubt so.
