Hare Krishna ! Dandavat pranams to Bhagavan Sri Krishna and all His Bhaktas !

A Krishna-bhakta worships Sri Krishna as `Ishta Deva'( Most worshipped God ) . All other Devatas are lesser forms of the purest `Sattvic ' (Krishna) .

Recently, a reputed vedic Jyothishi stated " If a Bhakta manages to please Bhagavan Krishna, he has attained the ultimate . For sure , It is a permanent relationship . Whereas , it is just temporary with other Devatas " .

Srimad Narayaneeyam ( which has the stamp of approval of Bhagavan Sri Krishna Himself ) says in it's verse 1.9 to 1.10 :

Karunyat Kamamanyam Dadati Khalu Pare Svatmadastavam Visesat

aisvarya-Distate nye Jagati Parajane Svatmanopisvarastavam .

Tyayyuccairamanti Pratipadamadhure Cetanah Sphitabhagyah-

Tvam Catmarama Evetyatulagunaganadhara Saure Namaste…

Aisvaram Sankaradisvaraviniyamanam Visvatejoharanam

Tejassamhari Vriyam Vimalamapi Yaso Nisprhaiscopagitam .

Angasanga Sada Srirakhilavidasi Na Kvapi Te Sangavarta

Tadvatagaravasin Murahara Bhagavacchabdamukhyasrayaosi….

( " The other Devatas grant other desires (except Mukti) out of mere compassion . But You (Sri Krishna) , being unique, give away even Yourself . Moreover, others, in view of their invested powers , hold sway over everyone else in the world . But You are Supreme God of even Yourself . Those living beings, who are extremely fortunate, take immense delight in You who impart more joy with every step nearer to You . You are the one who takes delight even in Yourself . Being so, O repository of immeasurable virtues ! O Scion of Surasena , Salutations to You ".

O Supreme Lord ! O Destroyer of Mura ! Your supremacy is in controlling all other Devatas beginning with Lord Siva . Your prowess predominates over the valour of all others who excel in valour in the whole Universe . Moreover, Your glory is flawless and sung even by Sages who are totally detached . Goddess Lakhshmi ( Deity for affluence) is always associated with Your body . You are omniscient (knower of everything) . About You, there is not even the slightest trace of attachment . Therefore Lord of Guruvayoor ! You are the fittest One for the title of Bhagavan ! ")
