For the Actual Brahmanas, those that are actually realized in at least Brahman Realization, there is anarchy. For the Ksatriyas, there is monarchy. For the Vaisyas there is capitalism, and for the Sudras, there is service to the other three classes. Communism is that Krsna is the Param Isvara and the Controller of all four classes. Isvara Param Krsna Sat Citananda Vigraha. However, that means that the Ksatriyas must be Surrendered Realized Leaders. The goal of the Ruler (Ksatriya) is to lead the society toward Krsna Consciousness. The Brahmans lead the way by practical activities that reflect their Krsna Consciousness and by their preaching.
