Guest guest
Hare Krsna The Self (I) never dies, and the body never remains. He who does not remain has no need to fear death; and he who does not die, he too has no need to fear death. Let us reflect carefully that he who is dying is every moment a manifestation of death. Then how can death fear death? And he who will never die, how can he ever fear death? Therefore, there remains no fear of death of the Self, nor is there fear of death of the Body. We erroneously attach ourselves with the body which is dying every moment. This is the cause of fear of death. What is the solution? The remedy is - to accept the separation as fact (truth). Every moment, separation is going on. There is no Union. This is realization. This is salvation. Let us now firmly establish ourselves in this truth - that the body and the world are constantly ceasing to exist. Let us not worry at all. Then if worry comes, it too will cease to exist. We have no relationship with that which ceases to exist. All are constantly passing away; we (Self) are the knowers of this and are separate from that which is passing away. Let us look at ourselves in this manner; let us do so 5-6 times for 15 minutes, daily. Then let us stop doing so. It will remain etched in the memory always.
