Krishna, Guruvayoorappa ! Dear Bhaktas , Please find attached , the news revealing the ongoing attempts by evil Veda-haters to "seculaize" the sacred house of Poonthanam . A few years back, Poonthanam's successors had donated this house to Guruvayoor Devaswom in order to maintain it according to vedic requirements . Unfortuanately , the evil atheistic politicians with an eye on the potential tourism opportunities , started desecrecating this sacred monument . They formed certain organizations like "Poonthanam Smaraka Samithi" and started conducting "secular" ( irreligious) festivals and events like "Mimicry .!!! . It was they who removed Guruvayoorappan's photo from the brochure . Also , they after distributing food to the comrades , had dumped the food

waste inside the Illam's well . To prevent such desecration , the newly found "Poontanam Illam Samrakshana Samithi " of Guruvayoorappa-bhakthas , took the matter to court . It sought a court order binding Guruvayoor Devaswom Board to ensure the sanity of the sacred Illam and to conduct necessary pooja-rituals therein . To prevent it , the Devaswom President and Administrator submitted an affidavit recenlty , stating that there is no historical proof to confirm Poonthanam ever existed !!!! . Om Namo Narayanaya!!!
