Maha Mrityunhjay means (Mahan Mritu Per Vijay Dene Wala) the power which can give win over death.Lord Shiva is lord of death, only he has right to give anyone second life. It is said that recitation of this mantra creates vibration that pulsates through every cell, every molecule of human body and tears away the veil of ignorance. Hindus believe that recitation of the mantra ignites a fire within that consumes all negativity and purifies entire system.
