Guest guest
Pranam to Bhagavan Sri Krishna and His Bhaktas , How do the (3) Vedic epics Ramayana, Mahabharatha and Sreemad Bhagavatham guide us?1.Ramayana leads us from *Asat to Sat Asatho mam satgamaya.*2. Mahabharatha leads us from *Thamas to Jyothi : Thamaso mam Jyothirgamaya* 3. Sreemad Bhagavatham leads us from *Mrithyu : to Amritham Mrithyormam Amritham gamaya* During childhood, Ramayana stories are very helpful to imbibe satwa gunas in the child. In youth, they are exposed to all the dark sides of the world and at that time, Mahabharatha stories can guide them and prevent them from falling into the girth of darkness and sins. And Bhagavatham leads devotees from the hands of death to eternal world of bliss- to immortality. That is why Bhagavatham is called Bhagavathamritham and Bhagavahta stories can influence you even if you are in your mother's womb. Prahlada is an example of how even an Asura can be transformed into the greatest devotee by listening to Bhagavathakatha ! Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya!!!! Guest guest
Dear Rajiv Ji, Jai Shri Krishna A very good idea to categorise the three divine epics. Such classification may be interpreted by anybody anywhere. As a whole, man's journey starts from vedas and finds rest and eternal peace in Shri Bhagavatam. Maharshi Ved Vyasji attained peace after writing Shri Bhagavatam and King Parikshit attained immortality after listening to Shri Bhagavatam by Shri Shukdev Ji. Amritam Gamaya.
