Guest guest
Sri Rama Jayam .............. Receive my Pranams & welcome to this group. Well said Sangeetha !! That's true word-by-word & I too have experienced that on varied stages. Sri Anjaneya swami is perfect Vaishnava ............ a life-long dedicated servant to his most beloved master - " Raghuvamshatilakam " - Sitapati, Sri Ramachandra. It is a very common saying that - " Yatra yatra Raghunatha kirtanam........tatra tatra krutamastakaanjalim............... Vashpavariparipoorna lochanam Maruti namath Raakshasaantakam................. " That means - wherever one sings the glory of Lord Sri Rama, Sri Anjaneya is present there with tearful eyes (in Love for Rama) & folded hands saluting his master, & it's he who brings ultimate destruction to Rakshasas (i.e. negative thinkings, actions against Dharma & illusions in the kali age). This clearly indicates his immortalness, since Ramakatha is immortal & ever youthful. Anjaneya swami is the 11th incarnation of Lord Siva & hence equivalent to Siva himself. In no other personality in Hinduism, one fill find having such a broad band of colorful attributes & aspects, as visible in Hanumath charitham. He represents an ideal Brahmin, ideal kshatriya, an ideal vaishya & ideal Kshudra too, as & when required. This manifold dimension of his flexible personality is fully appreciated by Lord Rama on various occasions. Becoz he is a " Chiranjivi " , his existence is well proved in all the four Yugas..............documented in all certified texts. There comes an occasion in Dwaparam, when Lord Krishna appears very thoughtful & worried about his very near devotees like - Garuda, Sudarshanam, Narayana sena, Satyabhama, Arjuna, Bhima etc. for their devotional declination. There visits Narada, & Krishna consults with him on this issue. Narada appreciates his concern & asks him to avoid any direct involvement. " Pull out the thorn by another thorn........... " . Hence, search for another devotee of yours who can do your job in the best way. On Krishna's querry, Narada suggests to call none other than Anjaneya himself who had then shifted to Sri Ayodhya from Kimpurusha forest to take part in the Sri Ramanavami celebration. Krishna & Narada visits Ayodhya taking up the form of brahmins & seated themselves in the line where Anjaneya served food. The atmosphere was filled-up with the chanting of Rama nama. Serving one after the other, Anjaneya reached out to Narada & then to Krishna. Surprisingly, Anjaneya stood there for a while & cried out " My Lord !! Sri Rama !! so ultimately you have come down searching this servant of yours............ " To this, Narada got quaked & enquired to Krishna as to how he could understand our presence in the flow of millions without even seeing our transformed face. Krishna pacified Narada by saying that - " Anjaneya accomplishes my PADA SEVA all time in his heart......... & hence it's not required for him to identify me by face. " That was a new lesson to Narada himself & he bowed to Anjaneya for his devotional extremeness. Krishna blessed Anjaneya with " Rama Darshanam " at his request & finally persuaded him to visit Dwarika. May Sri Anjaneya swami help all of us to reconstruct out fragmented devotion at the Lotus feet of Sri Guruvayoorappan.
