The criminality of Sankaracharyas

There is a site called www.kanchisatya.org where Sankara mutt's refutal of all

charges - financial, moral and criminal have been put up. Before implicating the

sankaracharya, you may want to evaluate the evidence offered. The high-court and

the supreme court have both observed that there is NO PRIMA FACIE evidence to

implicate either Jayendrar or Vijayendrar. What happens to the CLINCHING

EVIDENCE that the chief minister of Tamil Nadu spoke about and the police

claims. Is it fair to take people on GOONDAS ACT when you have not proved a

single case against them in the court of law ? Would you tolerate it if it

happened to you or your family people ? Please note that the SP Prem Kumar has

been charged with molesting nuns in custody!!! The police is attempting to

arrest S. Gurumurthy for tearing the case in to pieces. There are people like

Nakkeeran Gopal who can talk filth without offering a shred of evidence. Nothing

happens to him but if one supports Sankaracharyas on logical grounds

be it Cho or Gurumurthy, they are taken to task. Is this justice ? About the

judicial process at sessions court and magistrate court, less said the better as

it involves contempt of court.

 

Those who believe this episode, whether you are a brahmin, kshatriya, vaishya or

the fourth order. I ask you one question : Do you have faith in the police,

politicians, judicial process and media in TN - that they are really above fear

or favour ? 80% of sane people would say NO. Those who say yes - I give you

challenge for Rs. 5 lakhs and prove you wrong.

 

All this is not to say that Sankara mutt does not have faults. There is no

instituion that does not have some faults. But it is another matter to cast

serious aspersions on a long-standing tradition. All said and done, both

Jayendrar and Vijayendrar have followed sannyasa in public eyes for years

together. Do you think Guruvayoorappan is dumb enough to allow Jayendrar to

install Him, if he was a useless fellow ?

imparts transcendental knowledge, by asking him relevant questions

and by rendering service to him. The jnanis, who are expert in the

imports of sastra, and the tattva-darsis, who have realized the

Absolute Reality, will enlighten you with that jnana.
