Hari Om!!!

 

I am posting a message for the first time. I read everyday mails from

all dear devotees of Guruvayoorappan. You all have helped me a lot in

brining me closer to my God. Thank you all a lot!!.

 

I am in America for the past 3 years and it has been tough since it

has been a long time since I have visited Guruvayoor. I dream almost

everyday standing and looking at the SreeKovil to get a slight

darshan of my God. Well, I hope to visit India soon.

 

I want to share a personal experience about our devotion to Krishna.

Well I have a son who is 21/2 and it looks like he is a devotee of

Krishna. It all started when he was about 16 months, we listen to

Jnanappana everyday and he started liking it. He would ask me to play

the bajan again and again(Day and night). Then we brought some more

Krishna bhajans and he loves it. Everyday he gets up and pulls me to

the boom box and asks me to put (Kshhha paatu) Krishna pattu since he

has not started speaking much, he tries to sing along and whenever

the word Guruvayoorappa comes he too says (Guapppaaa). Surprisingly,

he refuses to listen to any other music Cd. It has been that way for

almost 10 months. I am very happy that my son has taken a liking to

Krishna at this young age. I hope Krishna blesses him.
