Guest guest
Dear Geeta chechi, You are very fortunate to have borne a child like this. Surely he shows symptoms of a great soul. It is due to his past karma wherein he has somehow been in contact with devotional activities, that he relates to the Lord so quickly. Please encourage him and imagine our beloved Unnikrishnan is himself playing his leela. No one said that the child is equal to the kind Lord. For that matter nobody in this universe is equal to the Lord. But the manner in which the child behaves reminds us of the playful activities of Krishna himself. Hence the comparison. I have read somewhere that if one takes even a little effort to chant the Lord's names and sing his glories, it remains to his/her credit for all future births and does not get extinguished. That is the power of devotional service. Wishing you lots of more wonderful experiences with your child. Guest guest
Hari OM! Dear Ananth, Your message is interesting, in all our vedas it is said we are GOD alone then what is the question of child not being GOD, so if you are planning for future births then What about the " Moksha " ??? People want to become Jeevan Muktha's in this brith itself. GOD+ego = Man Man -ego = GOD! Everybody in this universe is Lord alone in different forms even the people who do evil. Lord's concept is not that somebody waiting behind the clouds with a stick to punish our misdeeds, I do not believe that kind of God. You and I are GOD alone, Manusha seva is Madhava Seva. because there is no difference between GOD and Man, when the human identify with their own equipments like body, mind, intellect then creates all this Maya. Guest guest
My dear Krishna Prasadji, Thank you for your email. I agree with you when you say that our Vedas say we are God. By that rule, yes children are very much God. But there is a subtle difference. Man is qualitatively equal to Krishna but definitely not quantitatively. No living being is quantitatively equal to Krishna. But our atma is qualitatively Krishna himself. We have fallen down to this material world as a result of our karma. It is only by devotional service that we can endeavour to return back to to the merciful Lord. Moksha is not easy to attain. It is very difficult to attain Moksha in this birth itself as maya is all-powerful and drags us down to materialism. However, that being said, we still must struggle to offer devotional service to Krishna. Krishna has very kindly allowed us to tread the easiest path of Nama Sankirtanam to serve him in this yuga. If you and I are God, can you and I perform the wonderful activities that the Lord displayed during his avatara ? Impossible. Yes, the Lord is not waiting behind the clouds with a stick. He is more merciful than the most merciful person in the universe. He does not have to stand there to punish our misdeeds. We are suffering as a result of our own karma. Not only from this birth but from the karma of innumerable births earlier. Krishna is only interested in getting us back to Him. Please forgive me if I have exceeded my brief. I am just a base sinner struggling to hold on to a weak thread of devotional service extended by my beloved Guruvayurappan in this turbulent ocean of Maya. My apologies to all exalted personalities. Guest guest
Hari OM! Hurry Home! My Dear Ananth, Hurry Home, Hari OM, On this Ekadasi day, my pranams in the name of Lord Guruvayurappan, simple " what you think so you become " . In our Shastras no where it is said we are sinners, it came from the Christian religion, no one is sinner by any means, Man does sin because of his ignorance, but Man is never a sinner, In Srimad Bhagwad Geetha, Krishna Says: Even the most deadliest sinner, also, when he is surrendered to me, I will accept him. Then, doing wonderful activities does not make us GOD, if it is like that, Soorpanaga, Poothana, Maricha, Ravana, all will become GOD, one can have astha siddhi, but not necessarily a realised person, That is why Lord Krishna never said any qualities for a JNANI in Srimad Bhagawad Geetha. why because hypocrite minded people who identified with their lower nature ego will act like JNANI outside! Maya itself is made by the power of the Lord, If we are with lord and doing " Sangeerthanam " sincerely then how Maya can affect us? Yes, we can also perform wonderful things, when we shed out our lowernature and become one with " HIM " the Lord, then there is no difference between HIM and ME. Even the language tells us that, When you ask, Who are YOU? You will say I am so and so, in the samy way vice versa, so what is the difference between you and me? there is no difference, the difference is made with the Body, Mind, Intellect equipment, is it not?. As long as we identify with that we have all the Karmas, Maya etc etc.... My question is Why can't we have Moksha now here itself, why we should wait all future Janmas! (because we never know what kind of Janma if at all we are going to get) Moksha should be as a " Jivan muktha purusha " not waiting to go off all the karmas. Sangeerthanam is one of the way, but most of us is doing sangeerathanam for the sake of it, we want somebody higher always, we never want to accept that we are HE HIMSELF! there starts the Karma! Where the science ends Vedas Starts, it is the superior science. We never want the Agami Karma or Sanchitha karma to be an hinderance, when we have moksha all these karmas become dried seeds it will not sprout, we have then only Prarabdha karmas, till that this body will live. is it not true??? May GOD bless you always. even if you take future births, I will pray to HIM to make you a devoted man, by exception of karmas, so HURRY HOME! HARI OM! With Love & OM!
