Hari Om!

I also enjoyed the Poonthanam stories very much. The

'karhichil' episode with Srikrishna & RugmiNi dEvi and

Poonthanam's Sapthaham recital on that episode is

superb. Lord Paramewara is in doubt if he was able to

recite the Bhagavatha Katha as good as Poonthanam

would and asks Parvathy Devi! Devi replies " not quite

as good as Poonthanams' !! " How wonderful !!!

Jay, please let me know the website where you found

the Poonthaanam stories.

When Sree Parameswara Himself is in doubt whether His

recitation of Bhagavatham was quite up to the mark,

what to talk about us !! I think these doubts and

visions are very healthy and they give as inspiration

to be more serious in our pursuits. I am convinced

that the Lord accepts whatever is given by his devotee

with the right attitude. " ilayumaam malarumaam

jalavumaam yadhaSakthi malakkanyaa

maNavaaLanokkeyumaakaam " . So even if you made mistakes

unintentionally, let us chant 'Narayana' and move on !

My humble prayer to all bhakthas is that please do not

abandon your reading of bhagavtham until we clear all

our doubts. Sage Narada got rid of all his doubts by

singing (writing) Bhagavatham! This he did after

authoring all the Vedas and Upanishads !
