[Guruvayur/Guruvayoor] Pooja to Lord Krishna with Cooked raw rice and Mango Chamanthi

Dear sister sindhu,

As far as God is concerned He is more interested in the offering of our minds

with pure devotion and I feel anything of your choice can be given to Him but it

shuld be with absolute dedication of the mind.God never asks you have to give

this or that as His offering.It is all man made.In Gita Lord says anything

offered even it is a leaf of tulasi or simply water with absolute dedication to

Me I accept.When such be the case why shuld you doubt about offering cooked raw

rice with mango champanthi.If you offer with absolute dedication and pure mind

surely Lord Krishna or Guruvayoorappan will gladly accept the same.It is said

mana malar kondu mahesa pooja must be done.So all depends on the concept of

mental devotion and not the thing you offer.Lord Rama accepted what sabari gave

with full pleasure as she was an absolute devotee of Rama.So hv no doubts on the

score.Everything is given by the Lord and then why shuld he reject what you

offer with total surrender and bakthy.The basic concept

of Bakthy is in your inner mind.Outward paraphernalia are only for show

pieces.God looks into your mind and not your offerings as He never bothers abt

those things.I hope this explanation may be acceptable to you.I dont know the

view of others.I believe that when you keep the Lord firmly in your mind other

things are immaterial.

DEAR GURUVAYOORAPPA BHAKTHAS,

TODAY MORNING (10.AM IST) I WAS WATCHING KAIRALI TV (PROGRAM : SAMAKALIKAM). IN

THIS PROGRAM STORY OF A

SEVEN YEAR OLD INNOCENT BOY WAS SHOWN WHO WANTED TO PERFORM HIS " THAYAMPAKA " IN

FRONT OF

GURUVAYOORAPPAN.

HE FELL DOWN AND HOSPITALISED DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH HIS LEG (A BORN WEAKENING

DECEASE) AND NOW IN HIS BED.

HE STARTED PRACTISING THAYAMPAKA AT THE AGE OF 3 AND PERFORMED IN MANY TEMPLES

IN KERALA.

HE HAD UNDER GONE SURGERY IN A HOSPITAL AT DELHI. BUT THE DOCTORS SAYS THAT HE

HAS TO UNDERGO A COUPLE

OF MORE SURGERIES TO BECOME NORMAL. HIS FATHER WHO IS A THAYAPAKA ARTIST HAS LOT

OF FINACIAL DIFFICULTIES

IN CONTINUING HIS TREATMENT. I WAS SO TOUCHED BY THIS AND DECIDED TO PRESENT

THIS ISSUE IN FRONT OF AS MANY

Ohm Namo Narrayanaya; Ohm Namo Bhagavathea Vasudevaya

Dear Devotee

 

In so many stories Bhagavan itself told What ever you

give him for pooja is aceptable for him. But it shuld

be with " Sampoorna Arpana " mind. For example you have

the stories of Nenmeni Unni, Devotee Gradnma v/s

Smaoothiri, Manjula, In Ramayana Shabari etc. If you

give him an offering with full mind it is acceptable

for him. For example I am describing one of the above

story. Once " Samuthiri " Give One Good Elephant with

all Assessories to Guruvayoorappan.(Nadayrutthal).

Onthat time one old Women (Ammoma) give him some

" Manjadikuru " as her offering. This elephant put his

leg on that Manjadikuru. That night Samoothiri was

fall ill. With High feavor, Doctors cant reduce his

fevor. On that time Samoothiri called Kottaram

Jyotsan. He then told there shows anger of

Guruvayoorappan. Astrogoger continued your elehant had

made a mistake with guruvayoorappns offering. Then

Samuthiri offered One More Elephant to

Guruvayoorappan. That night Guruvayoorappan came in

Samuthiris dreams and told. " Enikku Samuthiriudea

Aaneam VEnda Chamayvum Venda, Ammoommaydea Kunnikuru

kittyal Mathi "
