Apathy

Dear Group,

 

I wonder that except 3 or 4 ppl none of them show any real interest in any

subject.Certainly it cant be due to lack of time but can only be construed as

sheer disinterest and apathy.In going thru the mails I dont find much

contribution from the other Group Members.Perhaps they just read and hesitate to

reply.Or they may not be interested in the topics.

Hence I suggest that the Group Members may be given freedom to voice their

topics of interest so as to build a vibrant mood to take part in the

discussions.Let them narrate their experiences and mail topics of their choice

on spiritual aspect.That is the only way to build more contacts and discuss

subjects of interest.All may not be interested in what is put and may have the

impression that the subject matter that is put forth is beyond their reaction

and so let them send their topics of interest.This may be followed by

discussions of other members.This is the only alternative to build this Group a

strong and dynamic one.I hv seen the members of other Groups who take lively

interest in their group activities and express themselves well.Such a change

must be made in this group also if at all the Group wants to lift itself up from

the present state of affairs which is really pathetic.Again I stress lack of

time is not the factor in this attitude but only disinterest.

I hv stated what I felt and not to wound anybodys feelings but with the avowed

interest of more members contributing different topics of interest for the

benefit of all the Members and a drive must also be made to make more members to

join the Group.I hv expressed this only with good intention and the growth of

the Group in mind.Wherever a person is located it is not impossible to take part

in the activities,I mean by their contribution of topics of God which will go a

long way in building this Group an attractive one.It is really unfortunate that

much responses are not coming from the Members as they want to be dormant

members instead of active ones.Rest is left to the Members.
