Guest guest
!! Sri Rama Jayam !! Dear Group, This message is especially aimed to address the devotees settled down in America. There is some very good news for you all. I don't know as to how many of you are really aware of this. Please make the best utilization of this information. -------------------------------- The American Institute of Vedic Studies is an educational center devoted to the greater system of Vedic and Yogic knowledge. The Institute teaches various related aspects of Vedic Science including Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, Yoga, Tantra, and Vedanta with special reference to their background in the Vedas. Identifying the Vedas with the broader system of Hindu Dharma the Institute is engaged in many projects in the greater field of Hindu studies. The Institute is not open to the general public, but does offer special on-site training programs. These follow the Indian gurukula model of students visiting and studying with Dr. Frawley on a one-to- one basis or as part of small classes over short periods of time. The Institute also has limited visiting facilities for special guests. The main building of the Institute is a retreat center in the Sangre De Christo Mountains of New Mexico, located about 8000 feet near the National Forest, about half a mile off the Ski Basin Road and four miles north of the Plaza of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Institute also uses two houses in Santa Fe as offices and facilities in town. The Institute is allied with other centers and teaching facilities that can provide additional training as well, notably the European Institute of Vedic Studies, the California College of Ayurveda, the Vinayak Ayurvedic Center, the American College of Vedic Astrology, the Vedic Friends Association (VFA), the Naimisha Foundation of Bangalore, India. For a more detailed look into the institutional activities plz visit the site - <http://www.vedanet.com/> Interested devotees can earn ample benefits via on-line trainings & programs. Thanks.
