Guest guest
Jai Sri Radhey! Jay Sri Krishna! Jai Sri Giriraj Govardhan! I have been reading this posting and the host of other reply postings for this. I am surprised at our intention to oppose this move of Devaswom board. What is wrong in their action? When we go for parties don't we dress in a stipulated fashion? At that time, we do not spare our children, however small they are, decorate them , apply lot of make-ups everything. Why when it comes to our Krishna's temple, we make such fuss? If we need to wear dhoties, we should..if we need to take out our shirts we need to..... I think almost 90% of devotees visiting Sri Appan's temple are from outside Guruvayur only. When we are able to keep our various things safely (in rooms, hotels etc), can we not keep 1.5 meter shirt safely and come to temple? It is not only on dress code, everywhere...when we go to temple we tend to make lot of issues. I have seen people visiting theatres, music halls....standing in the line for almost 1-2 hours to get tickets. But when we come to temples, we lose patience. Why? I am not here to insult anybody's feeling or thought. If so, please forgive me.
