As he rightly pointed out and did by himself the selfless service is the ultimate 'yoga'. He has spent good amount of time and effort in preparing the mail sharing whatever knowledge and wisdom he gathered as he lived by. This does not happen suddenly. It is the repeated actions one does over a period of time. Children put to such good repeated patterns of actions will lead to good thoughts, attitudes, behaviour, and delivers himself his own destiny.
