I am planning to settle in Guruvayoor,because I want to taste the joy

of the brahmanandam of having my guruvayoorappan's nirmalya dharshanam

every day in my old ages.can any one tell me about the land rates , and

schemes , suggest which will be best, whether buying land and

constructing house or buying a flat near that divine place ?
