Lord Krishna's devotees protest in Budapest

The heat of Krishna bhakti is spreading around Europe.

Keep them in your prayers.

 

200 devotees from all over Hungary assembled at the

Kazakhstani embassy in Budapest. On the busy street

outside the embassy they protested with Harinama,

holding banners graphically depicting the threat to

our community there in Kazakhstan as well as slogans

questioning religious freedoms practiced there by the

government. Devotees arranged that a bulldozer/digger

accompany them to the protest, just to get the point

over.

 

H.H. Sivarama Swami was accompanied by a

representative from an international group that

oversees religious freedoms and spoke with the

ambassador who assured Him that he will be reporting

to and questioning the Kazakh home office.
