HARI AUM

I searched for the word meaning in the online Sanskrit

dictionaries but of no avail.

I happened to come across the word in the following

sentence in one of the sites:

http://www.namboothiri.com/articles/yajnam.htm

Stage - 3. Upasaddinangal (Upasath Days) or

Oupavasathyam Ahass

From this I understand that the word stands for 'day';

and hence the 'Ahassu' offering to our Bhagavan at

Guruvayoor may be consisting parts of all the daily

pujas.

See if someone could add on to this info.

Regards
