Dear Balagopal, Yes it is time that we devotees of Lord Guruvayoorappan voice our concern about Udayastamana Pooja as one voice and sooner any action taken better it will be. Atleast I have support from Rajan about sharing the total expenses by the 10 families instead charging each family for one pooja. What about having additional poojaris to assist Melsanthi to lessen the tension for him? I am not sure if there are currently any to do this "Service"?. I leave it to our Sunil and learned senior members to come to an agreement and whatever he thinks I will support that too. I can help out to address to the authorities. When I went to

GDuruvayoor last week, I came to know that there are many protests

against the temple administration about the issue on Udayasthama pooja.

I think it may not come up on all the pressures which we were all

discussing. I am going again for this Onam and will address the same.

1. Should we compile the views and pass it on to the

Authorities?

 

2. Should we call upon the members to

revise/refine/remodel the views expressed so far in

any other format convenient for compilation?
