Guest guest
Hari Om! After reading Induji's receipies, my wife and I were inspired to prepare Modakam (kozhukkattai)as prasadam for our weekly Sahsranama session. We haven't tried making it for a long time. Last time when we made it, it cae out as " payasam " . This time it came out very well. We made two varieties and the kids and their Grandpa were competing to see who ate the most! I guess chanting the " Ganapathy Atharva Seershopanishad " also would have added some taste to the prasadam. Thank you Induji, for the wonderful prasadam in the form of receipies! sasnEham Sukumar --- " sreedhar c.p " <sreepal20 wrote: > Hare Krishna, > > Dear Symalaji, > > Thanks, My stint with Mumbai only 2 .1/2 years with > one of the Overseas Export company on 1993.I was in > Andheri Thakshsila Complex and my most of the > relatives and friends are in mumbai.on that time Iam > the frequent visitor of Dombivili Guruvayoorappan > temple , Matunga temple, Kalyan Ayyappan > temple,Vasai Krishna temple and also srinagar > (thana) ayyappan temple.Iam born and bought up in > Bangalore.still my base is in bangalore and now my > parents are in kerala. > > Even though worked in some of the metropolitan > cities in India but most liked city is Mumbai. very > fast city so I know the Mumbai Pulse very much and > some time feel like missing. > > So enjoy the Ganesha Babba Morgaya!! and Pray > Ganapathi to remove all the Obstacles. > > With Love, > Sree > > > > > Syamala Nair <syamalaraghunath > guruvayur > Saturday, 26 August, 2006 7:06:10 PM > Re: [Guruvayur/Guruvayoor] Lord Ganesha & > Ganesh Chaturthi > > Jai Sreekrishna > > Dear Sreedharji > > I enjoyed reading this article and thank you very > much for the Ganesha Aarati. > > Though I am staying in Mumbai I never had the > opportunity to see Lal Baug Ka Raja.
