As Shree Sunil and Shree Gopalakrishnaji suggested I

have prepared a draft and posted in three different

parts-intro, main body and conclusion.

 

Please do not just go by it. Apply your minds and do

come up with more models and types both in terms of

content and form.

 

There are very many ways one can approach while making

such papers. Those of you who do have experience in

preparing such memorandums please do come up with your

ideas and models.

 

The intention is to make the memo a very presentable,

interesting, at the same time aiding the decision

making process of the Devaswom in the right way.

 

Looking forward to get the job done latest by 20th of

this month.
