Guest guest
Om Namo Narayanaya. Let me take this opportunity to applaud the efforts of Shree Balagopalji and other members for valuable suggestions and for putting together a detailed memorandum for submission to the Guruvayur Devaswom. I concur with his suggestion that all members should read the memorandum carefully and apply their minds to present our position to the Devaswom in the best possible manner. I have attached with this mail a copy of the memorandum with some changes highligted in yellow. I request all members to read through the attached document and make any suggestions if you feel that the memo is lacking in some respects. The essential point is to make the document short, clear, easy-to-read, and to-the-point. I would especially request that alongwith the Navaneetham editorial board members Shri Sunilji, Vinodji, and Sukumarji, elder members such as Shri KVG, Shri Raman, and Dr. Sarojam, Shri Raju Pillai, Shri Chandra Menon (and any one else - if you are an older member and I have missed you please accept my humble apologies and treat this as addressed to you too) may please look through the document and offer comments. Your experience and wisdon is invaluable. If we see that all of us concur with the document, then we should give devotees a time of say 10 days to respond with any objections, failing which the document should be presented/mailed/emailed to the Devaswom on behalf of the GuruvayurGroup with the understanding that all 450 plus members on this forum agree to the memo. Once the document is approved by the group as a whole, I think we should request Sukumarji to try and see if a copy of this memorandum (in Malayalam?) can be released through the online Malayala Manorama newspages. Welcoming more suggestions from the members. Hari Om. Sarvam Sri Krishnaarpanamastu. Get your email and more, right on the new .com
