TIRUPATI, SEPTEMBER 12 (TIRUPATITIMES)

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) which manages the

famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala

near here is all set conduct this year�s nine-day

annual Brahmotsvam festivals from September 25 to

October 3, temple sources said.

 

According to TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad�s

Manager, Mr. Y.Sivasankara Reddy,arrangements are

being made for live �web casting� of the sacred

processions of the Lord daily in the morning and night

during the festivals for the benefit of tens of

millions of devotees all over the world and the sacred

songs and other traditional musical programes

performed on the hills during the festival too can be

heard from morning to night daily on the web of the

India�s richest temple.

 

The hyderabad Doordashan Kendra would telecast live

the sacred processions of festivals, the temple

sourcessaid. The most sacred event of the mega

festivals � Garuda Seva Procession of Lord- would

take place on September 29 at 9 pm while the Chariot

procession be conducted on October 2, the sources

said.

 

Unprecedented security arrangements and beautification

preparations including dozens of very huge illuminated

Hindu Mythological cutouts are also made on the hills.
