Guest guest
HARI AUM Bhagavan’s antidote to the incessant, non-stopping play of pain and pleasure one is subjected to during one’s life time is: ‘MATRANSPARSHAMSTHU KAUNTEYA SHEETHOSHNASUKHADUKHADAHA AGAMA APAYINO ANITYA THAM THITHIKSHISWA BHARATHA’ (Ch 2 Verse 14) It is a principle. None can get away from it. The moment one is born, he begins to experience-heat, cold, pain and pleasure. The better part is-they come and go. They do not stay forever. They are temporary. So the best way is to understand that fleeting nature of all that we experience is to know that they are here for a limited time, and the best way to handle it is by keeping one’s cool and bear it. What it means is not to get unduly worried and make things more complicated. Do not entangle. Just hold on. It will also pass on. Once the mind is peaceful it will also be steady and available to one to use more efficiently and effectively.
