Thank you for providing the link. In my opinion also, this is a 'must read' for all of us. It may be worth putting the whole article in Navaneetham, subject to copyright considerations. I enjoyed the discussions portrayed in the article as I can see myself in them!. In my experience, I have been RNB, DD, OT,PP,SV & AV and still I can identify with them all !. (these are the characters in the discusssion- please read the article for appreciating them)
