Dear shri sunilji and all the respected members of our Guruvayur Group

Om Namo Narayanaya.

Thanking each of you for the moral support and condolences and enlightening advice to cope in my current situation.

As always , I trust that whatever happens ,happens for the best. Missing my dear mother a lot but my heart also tells me she is at the lotus feet of Lord Krishna and will always be there for us as a guiding light ,even though she is invisible to us now.

Maybe the lord was preparing me to handle this tragedy with diginity and grace, so he introduced me to this wonderful Guruvayur group. Reading the replies and advices , I really feel God is reaching out to me be peaceful in my mind. My two sisters and their families and their in laws and my own mother in law who has stayed back to help us come to grips with this tragedy - everyone has been so wonderful and caring that my father too is at peace now. We all have accepted it as God's decision and trust Mummy is happy there above.

Jayashree

Dear Jayashreeji,I am deeply saddened to read about your Amma. My sincere condolences. Please know that you will be in our prayers and our thoughts. Ourspecial prayers for your father to have a fast recovery. From my own personal experience in the past, I can understand yourgrief and all those difficult questions arises from such an incident.Philosophy or other explanations will not answer all your questions or reduce your grief. But, time will. Some incidents and things are beyond our human understanding. We all have to accept it. However, in the course of time, all your questions will be answered and you will realize the reason for the incident in retrospect. For the time being, you need to be talk to many people you are close to and need to go on with daily life. I know it is hard and tough, but what else we mortals can do in such situations? Also make sure that your father gets proper care. He needs company and need to feel the warmth of all your love at this critical juncture. Make him talk and grieve as well. Do not let him keep everything inside. A few months back a visiting Swamiji explained to me that we take birth to 'learn' and gather knowledge. Our life experiences - good, bad and shocking - all are nothing but a learning process for oursoul. It is an essential learning process in every soul's journey to Mukthi. We have to learn good, bad, happiness and sadness. And when we learn everything there to learn through multiple Janams, we become 'learned souls' and that elevate us to the next level of soul's journey towards Mukthi. According to the Swamiji, my mother had to learn suffering and we were to witness that as a part of our learning process. Dear Group, let us all pray for Jayashreejis mother and father and her family. We all are there for you in this tough time.Om Namo Narayanaya:Sunil.guruvayur , "jayashree_662001"<jayashree_66 wrote:>> Om Namo Narayanaya.> > I am posting after a long time.Well, the lord kept me very busy from > dec 20th onwards. my mother had a terrible fever and as a result lost > her memory for a few minutes.
