" instead of a discourse like session. This turned out to be a tremendous success and helps to bring out the hidden talents in all and much more educative and Bhakt-generating. Now everybody does some home-work and comes prepared for the discussions. All the more help to bring out the best in everyone! " Can we adopt any similar method to 'NAVANEETHAM' to make it more participative. I think a readership survey could be done to find out : 1.What percentage of the members do 'really read it'. 2.Why is it not generating any responses either by way of appreciation,criticism or suplementations. 3.suggestions to augment readership and responses in terms of both content and form.
