...Seers exhorted us to find out " Who AM I? " . Not a

single one has asked us to discover " Who WAS I? " -

Shantanu Udhav Nagarkatti wrote this in 'cosmic

uplink' feature in Economic Times of 22nd March '07.

 

A very pertinent thought we need to remember. Our

Bhagavan though clarified to Arjuna that 'I remember

the many lives we lived before, while you do not';

'he' never let him neither ponder over it nor helped

him to remember it ever. Instead 'he' said-Wise men

never think of the by gone.

 

The message 'he' put forth in 'Gita' can be compressed

into a few words-'perform your 'dharma'-just do it,

and do it NOW.'
