Guest guest
HARI AUM When Arjun extolled the virtues of non-violence and expected his friend Krishna to applaud him for his extreme eloquence and fully agree with his lamentations was in for a surprise when Krishna literally exploded - 'kuthasthwa...' Inspite of such strong taunting Arjuna fell back again into the depths of despair. But he also uttered his total surrender. From then on Krishna began his 'song', the most illumined and compassionate ever in the history of mankind. Almost 20 verses are devoted to explain the eternal nature of Arjuna (his soul). Once his fear of his life is fully addressed Krishna moved to remind him of his 'dharma', the consequences of not attending to it, the ways and means to handle it efficiently and quietly increased Arjuna's curiousity. Rest of the whole of 'gita' is into taking Arjuna step by step, logically, emotionally, theoretically, and intellectually to 'Action' without which nothing whatsoever would really 'Happen'. Truly the Chapter 2 of the 'gita' is a must for all who are looking to go somewhere in life. Regards Balagopal P.S.
