I had again checked up regarding the Narayaneeya dinam. The site from where i got this info doesn't connect it with the star Thiruonam or shukla paksham. They say that it's on the 28th of Vrischikam that Narayaneeyam was completed. Wished to share it with you.

GURUVAYUR: The 421st annual day of Narayaneeyam will be celebrated at Sree Krishna temple here on Friday.

It was on the Malayalam month Vrischikam 28 that Melpathur Narayana Bhattathiri had performed the samarpanam of Narayaneeyam at the feet of Sree Guruvayurappan 421 years ago.

The following is from Shri P. R. Radhakrishnan who is more knowledgeable and believe that Vrischikam 28 is Narayaneeyam day---

I AM OF THE OPINION THAT MATHRUBHOOMI PANCHAGAM HAS GIVEN THE CORRECT DATE. This has nothing to do with NAKSHATHRAM OR THITHI.

QUOTE FROM GURUVAYUR DEVASWOM WEB.

" The day on which Narayaneeyam was completed, 28th Vrichikam , is celebrated by the Devaswom as Narayaneeyam day. Discourses and debates on Narayaneeyam written by Melpathur take place. Special functions are held at Melpathur Illapparambu also"

Yours sincerely,

Radhakrishnan

My own conclusion:-

I do not want add any more remarks and create confusion. We have our Narayaneeyam dhinam as 28th Vrishchikam for celebrations. In the mean time please do listen or read Narayaneeyam every day
