Guest guest
Ohm Namo Narayanaya I totally agree with Balagopal that the current issue of our Navaneetham deserve special merit. The saying is Too many cooks spoil the broth. But the present issue disprove that saying. Dr. Sukumar, Vinod and Veena Nair have joined together and did their very best. The current issue looks like annual issue than that of a regular monthly issue. Is that a coincidence since Guruvayoor Utsavam falls in Kumbha Maasam? Bhagavan Guruvayoorappan has really blessed our Group. Kudos to the editorial board. I sincerely join Balagopal in expressing my special thanks. I appeal to other computer experts to to spare some time and extend their help to the editorial board. Sunil Menon will definitely appreciate that. Let us all join together to make our publication a better one in the days ahead. Guest guest
It became bad trend when writing or talking by adding sri and ji at a time, why people cannot understand there is no meaning by using such language and may be some think it as double respect... Even we called Gandhi as MAHATMA GANDHI or GANDHIJI,not sree gandhiji.,or say MR.GANDHI. I fear,if this trend continues tomarrow people may say SREE GURUVAYOORAPPANJI.........! balagopal ramakrishnan <rbalpalguruvayur Sent: Thursday, 14 February, 2008 12:32:17 PMRe: [Guruvayur/Guruvayoor] Navaneetham Kumbham/Feb issue published HARI AUMShree Sukumarji, Smt Veenaji and Shree Vinodji havemade the GROUP really PROUD.This issue has by all means marked the coming of ageof NAVANEETHAM.RegardsBalagopalNARAYANA NARAYANA NARAYANA --- Sunil Menon <menon_sunil@ > wrote:> Dear Devotee Members,> > I am very happy to announce the arrival of> Navaneetham > February/Kumbham issue. > > As I am away from computer and internet, Sukumarji> has kindly agreed > and has done an excellent job with this month's> issue. Guest guest
!! Sri Rama Jayam !! Dear Sreenivas ji. Personally I like it very much to add a JI & I never feel that it looks bad/wrong anytime. Please leave it to the wish of the person whether he/she want to add a JI or not. Nobody is expecting a JI here. But if it comes naturally from the heart, kindly welcome it. In North India, there is a practice of putting a JI behind Lord's name as well. I surprise if you have not heard people saying "Ram ji", "Sita ji", "Hanuman ji", "Shiv ji", "Krishna ji", "Ganesh ji" & many more JI's. By the way "Guruvayurappan JI" also sounds very well to me....thanks for using that term for the lord. I would request you not to state these kind of addressings as a bad trend. It hurts. You are free not to add a JI and let others decide what they wish.
