You are very right Shree Raj Sreenivasji.

 

In Hinduism, 'Shree' (commonly Lakshmi) is the

consort of Vishnu. Lakshmi or Laxmi is primarily the

goddess of wealth, light, wisdom and fortune, as well

as luck, beauty and fertility. So when I put 'Shree' I

am wishing all these for the person and 'ji' is the

respectful address.
